What It's Like

What to Expect: Convenient location to outdoor space and transit. There are dozens of parks, including interconnected parks along the Don River. Hiking along the trails in Newtonbrook is truly a delight for residents and visitors. For commuting to and from the neighbourhood, the TTC is accessible with Finch subway station and bus terminal in walking distance. Streetcars and buses run through Newtonbrook as well, including along Bathurst, Yonge, Drewry, Bayview and Willowdale. For drivers, Highway 401 is less than fifteen minutes away.  What NOT to Expect: The area is largely residential and parkland. If you want to live in a fast-paced Toronto core, Newtonbrook might not be your top choice.A Day in the Life: Wake up to panoramic views of the neighbourhood from your Newtonbrook condo. As the evening rolls around its time for dinner down the street.
